I thought it would be a good idea to track my progress.  On this page I’ll track weight, PRs for weightlifting and progress pictures.

Flat Bench Chest Press:  85lbs (w/bar) x 6

Incline Bench Chest Press: 30lbs (each hand) x 5

Bicep curls: 20lbs x 7

August 8, 2013

New PRs since starting Crossfit

Back squat: 115 lbs

Front squat: 105lbs

Deadlift: 185 lbs

Romanian deadlift: 155 lbs

DB bench chest press: 30 lbs

Good morning: 75 lbs

Strict overhead press: 55 lbs

Pronated pull ups: 3 reps

Supinated pull ups: 5 reps, 1 rep weight w/ 12 lbs

Back squat: 115lbs

Front squat: 125lbs (+25lbs)

Deadlift: 205lbs (+20lbs)

Romanian deadlift: 155lbs

DB bench chest press: 30lbs

Close grip chest press: 90lbs

Good morning: 75lbs

Strict overhead press: 65 lbs (+10lbs)

Pronated pull ups: 5 reps, 1 rep weight w/ 15lbs

Supinated pull ups: 5 reps, 1 rep weight w/ 12lbs
