Making progress…

Just wanted to share some of my progress…

I’m excited to see progress because I know that I wasn’t 100% strict with what I ate. I still indulged, still ate out, but I was still running and exercising.
I really feel like I’ve found a balance with my healthier lifestyle.

    Way to go!! That’s a huge change over that amount of time and by the sounds of it you did it without denying yourself a little treat here and there, which I feel makes it easier to accomplish what you’re after. Super good!!
