Today’s after work (course) activity was a bike ride around Stanley Park.
It was such a nice bike ride with breathtaking scenery.
Even though I’ve been to Vancouver numerous times, I’m always amazed at the scenery.
The total distance of the ride was approx 6kms and a 30 minute walk to and from the hotel. So a good amount of cardio today. We did have ramen noodles for supper (again!) But I probably only ate 40% of the bowl.
It was so delicious but was just too much food.
More walking tomorrow and shopping too.
