It’s Sunday night and honesty i ate way too much this weekend. on top of unhealthy eating i haven’t worked out in 3 days. So i feel like I’ve taken a step backwards in my progress. Tonight I’ve had enough and it’s time to get serious. I know I’ve talked about goals before but I’m done with the lack of progress.
Tomorrow is a new day and a new start. Time to track my meals and workouts.
